It can be divided into the non-detachable (type I) spiral-plateheat exchanger and detachable (type II and III) spiral-plate heat exchanger.Structure And FunctionThis equipment is made of 2 pieces of rolled steel. The rolled steel forms 2uniform spiral channels, so 2 kinds of heat transfer media can reverselyflow and the heat transfer effect is greatly enhanced. Even2 kinds of mediawith small temperature difference can achieve the ideal heat transfer effect.The adapter tube on the shell uses the tangential structure, so the localresistance is low. Because the curvature of spiral channel is uniform andthere is no big diversion and the total resistance is low when the liquidflows in the equipment, the designed flow rate can be improved in orderto make it have higher heat transfer capacity.The end face of type I non-detachable spiral-plate heat-exchange spiralchannel is sealed by welding. So, it has higher leakproofness.The structural principle of type II non-detachable spiral-plate heat exchangeris basically same with that of the non-detachable heat exchanger. But,one of its channel can be opened and cleaned. It is specially applicableto the heat exchange of liquid with stickness and sediment. The structuralprinciple of type III detachable spiral-plate heat exchanger is basicallysame with that of non-detachable heat exchanger. But, its 2 channels canbe opened and cleaned. It can be widely applied.III model removable spiral plate heat exchanger has the same structureand principal with non-removable spiral plate heat exchanger. But its twopass way can be removed and cleaned separately and it has wider usingrange.The spiral-plate heat exchanger can be divided into PNO.6, 1.0,1.6,2.5PMa (it refers to the maximum tolerable working pressure of singlechannel) according to the nominal pressure.
